Prior to his current role as Chief Marketing Officer, Malcolm was the Head of Acquisition and Communications for 2degrees, spearheading the company's brand and marketing communications since 2010.  He brings over sixteen years of marketing, market research and marketing communications experience from roles in the telecommunications, consumer products, automotive, and energy services industries.

Prior to 2degrees, Malcolm worked at Telecom NZ and in Market Research in NZ and in the UK, with clients such as Vodafone UK, Telecom and Shell Oil.

Malcolm also currently sits on the Board of Athletics New Zealand, sponsoring the uptake of athletics in the community through to the high performance level.

He holds a BCA in Marketing and Management from Victoria University in Wellington.
